Marriage.
Marriage can be like a roller-coaster. It most definitely has its ups and downs, with unexpected twists and turns. Yet, this ride of 24 yrs. continues to be the most exhilarating of my life. And would not change a bit. For if I would, the life lessons and great rewards, Andy and I have received along this marvelous journey would change its course. Each moment holds a key. Every memory has defined.
Do not make assumptions. As unspoken beliefs, most likely are untrue. Talk it out. When aggravated, I highly recommend taking a break to gather your thoughts before speaking words you will regret. And always always remember to view one another through the lens of unconditional love. Make the choice to believe the best in one another.
A simple touch. Hands intertwined. Kisses good-bye and warm hello’s, when returning home from work at days end. (Combed hair, lipstick and mascara are always a plus for your guy to come home to.) Words of admiration and appreciation. Love notes to and fro. It is the smallest of gestures that make the greatest of impressions.
"Where you go I'll go, where you stay, I'll stay." ~ Ruth 1:16
"For you, my, Andrew, are my always and my forever."
