We break bread, giving thanks for His body that was broken for us. We drink from the cup, in remembrance of Him. Our Redeemer and Lord. He transformed lives. Brought Hope to the suffering and healed their bodies and minds. A testimony of His Mercy and Power. Today I have seen Him move the same way in countless lives. Doctors unable to explain why there is no longer a cancerous tumor where there recently was. A premature baby born weighing only one lb., resting in the palm of her Daddy's hand. Her parents told of how great the odds are for her survival. This once wee one is now five, her Mommy and Daddy testify to the Lord's faithfulness as they watch their little girl run and play with mine. She truly is a precious miracle to behold. The power of prayer was their anchor of hope that saw my friends through their darkest hours.
But what if our prayers seemingly go unanswered? Is He there? Does He not hear our pleas? Does He even care!? Oh my friend, the answer is, 'YES'! Hold onto Hope. He is there, dear one, as you kneel in private, sharing our hearts cry with Him. The Lord collects our every tear. We nor our loved ones do not suffer in vain. There may be a mountain to climb. A bridge to be crossed. Your answer is on the other side. But He will be with you every single step of the way. As He is with me. We are Loved!
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.” ~ Numbers 6:24-26
